The Legal Entrepreneurship Cell was founded in 2016 as a wing of Jindal Centre for Social Innovation + Entrepreneurship (JSiE). We are a student-led organization from Jindal Global Law School providing pro-bono legal aid in the form of legal drafting and legal research. We help students and professionals set up their NGOs and organizations and provide them legal aid in whatever manner required. In the five years of our operation, we've satisfactorily served NGOs, startups, companies and business professionals by drafting numerous contractual documents such as MOAs, AOAs, founder agreements and partnership agreements. We have even provided them with research on different legislations and legal concepts such as incorporation procedures, taxation law, terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Our team consists of law students ranging from second-year to fifth-year who share an entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in the field of legal drafting and legal research. This blog is an attempt to share their insight in these fields and their experience working with entities and professionals from varied backgrounds.
